Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, verify, and distribute patient meal trays accurately according to dietary requirements and instructions.
• Prepare, portion, and cook food items following established recipes, safety standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and serving environment in line with health regulations.
• Interact courteously with patients, nursing staff, and fellow team members during tray delivery and pickup.
• Support stocking, storage, and proper handling of food and supplies to reduce waste and keep ingredients fresh.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures required in a hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food preparation, kitchen support, or food service is helpful, though a willingness to learn is valued.
