C.R. England is seeking a full-time Local CDL-A Truck Driver based out of La Salle, Weld County, Colorado — a home-daily position on a dedicated Denver-area local route with competitive weekly earnings and modern equipment.

About the Role

This is a local driving position built for drivers who want to be home at the end of their shift. You'll run a Denver-area local route with the stability of regular miles and full-time hours. Occasional overnight stays may be required, and drivers should be prepared for the possibility of short mountain runs in the region.

What You'll Do

• Operate a late-model 2025 tractor on a local Denver route out of La Salle, CO
• Deliver no-touch freight, keeping hands-on unloading off your plate
• Complete thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections every shift
• Maintain accurate electronic logs in compliance with DOT hours-of-service regulations
• Execute on-time deliveries safely, qualifying for the company's performance bonus program
• Navigate local roads and, on occasion, short mountain corridor runs in Colorado

Compensation

• Drivers average $1,625 per week
• Top earners (top 10%) bring home up to $1,650 per week
• An additional 3% bonus is available for safe and on-time delivery performance

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Current DOT medical certificate
• Clean driving record with a commitment to safe, professional operation
• Ability to handle occasional overnight assignments when operationally needed
• Comfort driving in Colorado terrain, including potential mountain routes
• Reliability and attention to on-time performance
