About the Role

As a Brand Standards, Guest Experience & Food Safety Advisor with EcoSure — the brand protection division of Ecolab — you will work directly on-site with client locations to evaluate operations, strengthen food safety practices, and elevate the overall guest experience. This is an on-the-ground, advisory role focused on coaching teams and reinforcing the standards that keep global brands strong.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site assessments to measure compliance with brand standards, food safety requirements, and guest experience expectations.
• Coach and partner with location teams to translate findings into practical, lasting improvements.
• Apply industry best practices and digital learning resources to support continuous operational excellence.
• Contribute to a comprehensive, end-to-end brand protection strategy in collaboration with clients and colleagues.
• Document results clearly and communicate insights that help operators raise their standards.

Qualifications

• Background in food safety, hospitality, foodservice, or quality assurance, ideally with on-site assessment or auditing exposure.
• Strong coaching and relationship-building skills, with the ability to advise and influence operational teams.
• Excellent observation, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working independently and traveling to client locations throughout the San Diego area.
• Authorization to work full-time in the United States.
