About the Role
As a CDL-A Refrigerated Lease Purchase Driver based in Alabama, you'll run dedicated routes hauling refrigerated and touring equipment loads. This is a full-time, on-the-road position that pairs steady, dedicated freight with a lease purchase track for drivers ready to build toward truck ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A tractor-trailer to transport refrigerated freight and touring equipment along assigned dedicated lanes.
- Maintain proper temperature control and load integrity throughout each haul.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep your equipment road-ready and compliant.
- Follow DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and company safety standards on every trip.
- Communicate with dispatch to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and route updates.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A (Class A commercial driver's license) in good standing.
- Willingness to run dedicated, refrigerated routes and start as soon as possible.
- Interest in a lease purchase program as a route toward owning your own truck.
