Topline Heating & Air is hiring a full-time HVAC Lead Installer in the Wilkes Barre/Scranton, PA area, and we want a hands-on professional ready to take ownership of residential installations from start to finish. About the Role
As a Residential HVAC Lead Installer with Topline Heating & Air, you'll run installation projects in homes across the Wilkes Barre and Scranton region. This is a full-time, on-site position with multiple locations available and immediate openings — plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires. You'll be the point person on each job, ensuring systems are installed safely, efficiently, and to a five-star standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the installation of residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Read and interpret job specs, blueprints, and load calculations to deliver accurate work
- Mentor and direct installer helpers, keeping each project organized and on schedule
- Verify system performance, airflow, and connections before completing every job
- Maintain a clean, respectful presence in customers' homes and uphold safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience installing residential HVAC equipment, ideally in a lead capacity
- Solid knowledge of ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical connections, and local codes
- Ability to troubleshoot installation challenges and problem-solve on site
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Valid driver's license and dependable, motivated work ethic
