About the Role

As a Luxury Sales Consultant with Blue Nile in Austin, you will be the welcoming face of our Domain Northside location, guiding shoppers through the deeply personal journey of selecting fine jewelry. Whether a guest is shopping for an engagement ring, marking an anniversary, or honoring a special occasion, you will deliver an elevated, white-glove experience that reflects our belief that love deserves something better. This is a part-time, in-store position.

Key Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients and understand the story behind each purchase
• Present and explain diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry with confidence and care
• Guide customers from first impression through final selection and checkout
• Meet individual and store sales goals while maintaining an exceptional standard of service
• Support showroom presentation, inventory accuracy, and daily store operations at Domain Northside
• Follow up with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits

Qualifications

• A passion for delivering memorable, customer-first retail experiences
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative selling approach
• Comfort working toward sales targets in a luxury or specialty retail setting
• Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Previous experience in jewelry, luxury goods, or high-touch retail is a plus
