Home Care Assistance is seeking a compassionate, Experienced Caregiver (CNA/HHA/PCA) to support aging seniors in Driver, Suffolk City. About the Role
As an Experienced Caregiver in Driver, Suffolk City, you'll deliver attentive, person-centered in-home care that helps clients maintain dignity, safety, and quality of life. This is an on-site, full-time position with shifts available across all schedules, making it a strong fit whether you prefer days, evenings, overnights, or weekends. New hires are welcomed with a $300 sign-on bonus, with top pay rates beginning at $16.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote well-being
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Monitor client conditions and communicate any changes to the care team
- Follow individualized care plans while respecting each client's routines and preferences
Qualifications
- Prior caregiving experience as a CNA, HHA, or PCA
- Valid certification appropriate to your role (Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide)
- A patient, reliable, and empathetic approach to working with elderly clients
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Driver, Suffolk City, with flexibility across shifts
