About the Role

As a Premium Suite Attendant, you will be the welcoming face of premium hospitality inside Vanderbilt University Athletics venues. Working on-site in Nashville, you will help create memorable, high-touch experiences for suite guests during sporting events and other live programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in premium suites with attentive, professional hospitality.
• Set up, replenish, and maintain food, beverage, and suite presentation before, during, and after events.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout suite areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and event teams to ensure timely, accurate service.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or guest service is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods during events.
• Availability to work a flexible, event-driven schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A reliable, team-oriented approach in a busy live-event environment.
