As a Mortgage Loan Originator based in Leland, Brunswick County, you will guide applicants and prospective borrowers through every stage of the home loan journey. Key Responsibilities

• Assist applicants and prospective customers pursuing home financing, including conducting interviews, pre-qualifying, and pre-approving borrowers.
• Complete loan applications accurately and collect all required supporting documentation.
• Walk borrowers through regulatory disclosures, ensuring each one is reviewed and properly completed.
• Nurture established referral relationships while actively developing new sources of business.
• Maintain a visible, approachable presence within the REV FCU branch to connect with members and prospects.

Qualifications
