About the Role

As an OTR CDLA Car Carrier Team driver, you will haul vehicles across the country using specialized car carrier and flatbed equipment. This is an over-the-road, full-time position based out of Elgin, ideal for experienced CDL-A professionals who want a steady, well-structured schedule and the backing of a company that understands the road because it is run by people who have driven it.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate car carrier and flatbed equipment to transport cars, trucks, and other vehicles nationwide.
• Load, secure, and unload vehicles safely to protect every customer's property in transit.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep your rig road-ready and compliant.
• Maintain accurate logs and follow all DOT and federal safety regulations.
• Coordinate as part of a team driving operation to maximize uptime and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Experience with over-the-road (OTR) hauling; car carrier or flatbed experience is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to run as part of a driving team for long-haul, nationwide routes.
• Commitment to safe vehicle handling and protecting customer cargo.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements.
