HOST/HOSTESS (PART TIME)

Morrison Living, a hospitality division of Compass Group, North America, is seeking a personable part-time Host/Hostess to welcome residents and guests at Hoosier Village in Indianapolis, IN. About the Role

As a part-time Host/Hostess with Morrison Living, you will be the friendly face that sets the tone for every dining experience. Based at Hoosier Village (9875 Cherryleaf Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46268), you will help ensure each resident and visitor feels genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive. This position is hiring immediately, with a pay range of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests promptly and seat them with a warm, courteous attitude
• Manage the flow of the dining area to keep service smooth and timely
• Respond to questions, requests, and special needs with attentiveness and care
• Coordinate with serving and kitchen staff to support an excellent guest experience
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of prior customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
• Reliability and flexibility to work a part-time schedule, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends; hours may vary
• Ability to stay organized and composed in a busy dining setting
