Accenture is hiring a Strategy Senior Manager focused on Sales Reinvention within the Communications & Media practice in Charlotte, North Carolina — a full-time, on-site opportunity to shape how leading clients grow, sell, and connect with their customers.

About the Role

As a Strategy Senior Manager — Sales Reinvention, Comms & Media at Accenture, you will partner with communications and media organizations to rethink their commercial models and unlock sustained, customer-centered growth. Based in Charlotte, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology, guiding clients from early ideation through real-world execution. This position is part of Accenture Song, the team that helps brands stay relevant by spanning growth, product and experience design, technology platforms, creative and media strategy, and the orchestration of campaigns, content, and channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales reinvention strategies for clients across the communications and media sector.
• Translate growth ambitions into actionable plans that move from concept to delivery.
• Advise senior client stakeholders, drawing on deep industry knowledge to build trusted, lasting relationships.
• Collaborate across creative, media, product, and technology teams to design connected customer experiences.
• Shape commercial and go-to-market approaches that keep clients relevant to their audiences.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in strategy, sales transformation, or commercial consulting, ideally within communications and media.
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements from ideation through execution.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills at a senior level.
• Comfort working across creative, marketing, and technology disciplines.
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Charlotte, North Carolina.
