About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in long-term care (LTC), you'll be a central part of the clinical team at The Vistas at Bettendorf. This on-site, full-time position focuses on the ongoing health, comfort, and dignity of residents in a skilled nursing home environment in Bettendorf, Iowa.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of changing conditions.
- Administer medications and document care accurately in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
- Develop, follow, and update individualized resident care plans alongside the interdisciplinary team.
- Guide and supervise certified nursing assistants and other support staff during your shift.
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, and providers about care needs and progress.

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Iowa.
- Background or interest in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric populations preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and accurate documentation skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to working with elderly and chronically ill residents.
- Ability to collaborate within a team and work on-site in Bettendorf, Iowa.
