About the Role

As a Member Experience Associate, you'll be the welcoming voice and trusted point of contact for AAA members throughout San Francisco. This position blends customer care with consultative selling, giving you the chance to grow your earnings through commissions while making a genuine difference in members' everyday lives. Candidates who speak Cantonese are especially encouraged to apply, as bilingual skills are a valued plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and guide them through products, services, and account questions with warmth and professionalism.
• Identify member needs and recommend tailored solutions that add real value.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive, member-first experience.
• Meet service and sales goals to maximize commission opportunities.
• Support Cantonese-speaking members when language assistance is helpful.
