About the Role
As a full-time In-Home Caregiver with Alana Home Care, you will be the friendly, reliable presence that helps clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven position where the care you provide directly improves daily life for the individuals and families you serve in Memphis. No prior caregiving experience is required — Alana provides paid training to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with everyday activities such as personal care, mobility, and light household tasks
- Offer attentive companionship and emotional support to seniors and individuals with disabilities
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
- Communicate openly with families and the Alana care team to coordinate the best possible care
- Treat every client with dignity, patience, and respect
Qualifications
- A caring, dependable attitude and a genuine desire to help others
- No previous experience necessary — paid training is provided
- Willingness to work full-time hours within the Memphis and West Tennessee area
