About the Role

This full-time, over-the-road position with A PLUS AUTO SHIPPERS LLC has you running as part of a CDL-A car carrier team, hauling vehicles across the country on specialized auto-transport equipment. Because the company is built and run by drivers, you'll work a dependable schedule with leadership that understands the realities of life on the road. The role is based out of Mobile, and runs OTR nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL-A car carrier as part of a two-person team on long-haul, over-the-road routes.
• Load, secure, and transport cars, trucks, and other vehicles using specialized trailers designed to keep customer freight protected.
• Deliver vehicles safely and on schedule to destinations across the country.
• Carry out thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep equipment road-ready.
• Coordinate with your teammate and dispatch to maintain smooth, on-time runs.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A (Class A commercial driver's license).
• Willingness to run OTR as part of a driving team.
• Experience with or aptitude for car-carrier and flatbed-style vehicle hauling.
• A safety-minded approach to securing and protecting transported vehicles.
• Reliability and the flexibility that long-haul, nationwide routes require.
