Lombardy Elementary School, part of Join Delaware Schools Consortium in the United States, is seeking a dedicated Multi-tiered System of Support (MTSS) Tier 2/3 School-Wide Team Leader to guide targeted and intensive intervention efforts across the building. This full-time, on-site role places an experienced educator at the center of student support, coordinating the strategies that help every learner thrive.
About the Role
As the MTSS Tier 2/3 School-Wide Team Leader, you will lead the planning, delivery, and ongoing refinement of supplemental (Tier 2) and intensive (Tier 3) supports for students who need more than core instruction. Working closely with teachers, specialists, and administrators, you will help build a cohesive, data-informed system that addresses academic and behavioral needs across the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate the school-wide MTSS team for Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions.
- Collaborate with staff to match students to appropriate evidence-based supports.
- Monitor student progress, review intervention data, and adjust plans as needed.
- Facilitate team meetings and support consistent implementation of intervention practices.
- Partner with educators, families, and support staff to promote student success.
Qualifications
- Background in education, intervention, or student support services.
- Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support and data-driven decision making.
- Strong leadership, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to coordinate teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Any certifications or credentials required by the school or district for this position.
