Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time/Part-Time/Casual All Shifts

North Shore at Home is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) in Marshfield, to deliver skilled home health care across full-time, part-time, and casual schedules on all shifts. If you believe people heal best in the comfort of their own homes, this RN opportunity was made for you.

About the Role

As a home health Registered Nurse with North Shore at Home, you will travel to patients throughout the Marshfield and Wausau areas, providing one-on-one clinical care that helps individuals stay safe, healthy, and independent where they live. This is a field-based, in-person nursing position (not remote) offering an hourly wage of up to $45.00 per hour, with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement included.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for each patient.
• Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing interventions as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress, document care accurately, and communicate updates to the care team.
• Educate patients and families on managing conditions, medications, and recovery at home.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers to support continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin.
• At least one year of home health nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for daily patient visits.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• A patient-centered approach and the ability to work independently in the field.
