Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized personal care that adapts to the unique requirements of each client at home.
• Support daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and light household tasks.
• Offer companionship and emotional reassurance that promotes comfort and independence.
• Observe and communicate any changes in a client's condition or wellbeing to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment in every home you serve.

Qualifications

• A caring, patient, and reliable nature with a sincere desire to help others.
• Willingness to serve as a "DifferenceMaker" who treats every client with empathy and respect.
• Comfort working independently in clients' homes across the Jesup and Wayne County area.
• Experience or certification as a CNA, PCA, Home Health Aide, or Caregiver is welcomed; a compassionate attitude is essential.
