About the Role
Joining the Corporate Development – Travel Partnerships group, the Vice President, Airport Lounge Business Development will own business development and full deal execution across the Chase airport lounge program. You will translate ambitious travel-benefit goals into signed agreements, partnering with an external operator to bring premium lounge experiences to life. This is a New York-based position for a commercially minded leader who thrives on complex, high-stakes negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and steward a robust pipeline of airport lounge opportunities, from initial sourcing through to close.
- Lead end-to-end deal execution for the Chase lounge portfolio, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders along the way.
- Collaborate day-to-day with an external operating partner to align on strategy, performance, and expansion plans.
- Drive intricate commercial negotiations, structuring terms that protect the firm's interests while enabling growth.
- Advance the broader Travel Partnerships agenda within Consumer & Community Banking.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business development, corporate development, or partnerships, ideally tied to travel or hospitality.
- A proven track record managing deal pipelines and closing complex commercial agreements.
- Strength in negotiating and structuring multi-party deals with external operators.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfort operating on-site in New York within a fast-moving, results-driven team.
