About the Role

As a CIS Transformation Consulting Manager within Accenture's Utilities (Energy Retail and Customer Experience) Practice, you will partner with retail energy and utility clients to reshape how they engage customers and run operations. Based in Five Points, this position draws on Accenture's depth in digital customer engagement, connected energy services, and customer platforms to drive measurable outcomes in cost efficiency, revenue assurance, and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer information system (CIS) transformation programs for retail energy and utility providers.
• Advise C-suite and senior executives on digital customer engagement and operational strategy.
• Apply expertise in connected energy services and customer platforms to deliver business value.
• Help clients improve cost effectiveness, strengthen revenue assurance and extension, and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Translate industry insight into practical, results-oriented solutions across the energy retail and customer experience landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven consulting experience within the utilities or energy retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of customer information systems and customer experience transformation.
• Familiarity with digital customer engagement, connected energy services, and customer platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on-site in Five Points (this is not a remote role).
