About the Role
As a Youth Partnership Project Assistant III, you'll play a key part in developing and managing collaborative youth-focused programs and partnerships. Working within the University's community engagement framework, you'll bridge University resources with community partners to create impactful opportunities for young people.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of youth partnership initiatives and community programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, schools, and youth-serving organizations
- Manage project logistics, schedules, and administrative requirements across multiple programs
- Collect, organize, and analyze program data to track outcomes and inform program improvements
- Communicate program information, updates, and opportunities to stakeholders and community members
- Assist in grant reporting, evaluation documents, and compliance requirements
- Support team meetings, events, and outreach activities
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with youth, community organizations, or nonprofit programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusive community engagement
- Proficiency with data management and Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
