This is an entry-level, full-time opportunity built for recent and upcoming graduates who want to grow into confident safety leaders. As a Workplace Health and Safety Specialist (WHSS) in Fort Collins, you will receive comprehensive, hands-on safety training and play a central part in advancing Amazon's goal of becoming the world's safest place to work. From day one, you'll help shape healthier, more secure work environments and set a new standard for safety excellence across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the rollout and reinforcement of workplace health and safety programs across the site.
- Identify potential hazards and contribute to practical, lasting solutions that protect employees.
- Promote a strong culture of safety awareness and accountability among team members.
- Apply the safety training you receive to everyday operations as you develop your leadership skills.
- Partner with operations teams to keep safety at the center of how work gets done.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or upcoming graduate eligible to start in 2026.
- Genuine interest in workplace health, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to complete extensive safety training and grow into a safety leadership role.
- Available to work full-time and on-site in Fort Collins (this role is not remote).
