About the Role

In this full-time, remote Wholesale Experience & Events Associate position with Julie Vos, you will own the planning and delivery of the brand experience across showroom gatherings, retailer dinners, in-store appearances, and visual merchandising programs. Acting as a true extension of the Julie Vos brand, you will nurture relationships with wholesale partners through thoughtful events and elevated hospitality that leave a lasting impression. Frequent travel for trade shows and partner events is part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, budget, and run wholesale showroom cocktail parties, client gatherings, and top-retailer dinners, handling catering, rentals, staffing, décor, and logistics.
• Host private group dinners with leading retailers four times yearly during the Dallas and Atlanta gift shows, and serve as on-site host throughout the year.
• Manage guest lists and invitations through Paperless Post, monitor RSVPs, and deliver post-event recaps with notes, photos, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate Julie's in-store appearances as the main point of contact with hosting retailers, building detailed itineraries, gifting, and confirmed logistics.
• Build and uphold a standardized "Retailer Event Playbook" covering promotion, VIP outreach, staffing, merchandising, and hospitality expectations.
• Lead visual merchandising rollouts, overseeing production, shipping, installation, and seasonal refreshes of branded displays while keeping presentation consistent across every location.
• Track event calendars, budgets, supplies, and inventory, and resolve delivery or installation issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in event planning, hospitality, client support, customer service, or retail operations.
• Proven track record taking events, client experiences, or brand activations from concept to completion.
• An established network of vendors, venues, caterers, florists, and event partners is preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, negotiation, project management, and relationship-building abilities.
• Meticulous organization and attention to detail with the capacity to juggle priorities in a fast-moving setting.
• Self-directed problem solver able to anticipate needs and represent the brand with confidence.
• Comfortable coordinating travel, shipping, food and beverage inventory, and vendor management.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and Slack; project management tools a plus.
• Willing and able to travel frequently for trade shows and events.
