Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incidents on the road network in real-time
• Communicate effectively with emergency services, local authorities, and other stakeholders
• Support drivers and passengers during emergencies or disruptions
• Contribute to the overall safety and efficiency of New Zealand’s transport system

Requirements

• Aged 18 years or older
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Valid New Zealand driver’s license (full or provisional)
• A willingness to undergo comprehensive training and certification
