Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Driver Operator to join our Transport and Infrastructure business based in Taumarunui, New Zealand (nationwide) (nationwide). In this role, you will support our Road Construction and Maintenance crews by operating Class 5 vehicles and plant equipment while assisting with the delivery of maintenance and operational activities across the network.

What You'll Do

• Operate Class 5 vehicles and plant equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist in the delivery of maintenance and operational activities on the road network
• Support Road Construction and Maintenance crews in their daily tasks
• Maintain a high level of safety standards while performing duties

Requirements

• Held Class 5 driving license
• Experience operating plant equipment is advantageous but not mandatory
• Able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
