Join Legends Bay Casino as a full-time Barback in Tracy-Clark, Washoe County, and become an essential part of our beverage operations team. In this hands-on role, you'll keep our bars fully stocked and running smoothly while supporting our bartenders and Beverage department through the demands of a busy casino environment.
What You'll Do
- Stock all bar stations with spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies throughout your shift to meet operational demands
- Monitor inventory levels and restock items promptly to prevent service interruptions
- Maintain a clean, organized bar workspace by removing debris, wiping surfaces, and ensuring the area meets health and safety standards
- Work independently and without direct supervision, taking ownership of your responsibilities
- Support bartenders by ensuring they have everything needed to serve guests efficiently
- Maintain focus and composure during high-volume service periods and stressful situations
- Coordinate with the Beverage department to track stock levels and flag shortages
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and move supplies regularly throughout your shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Composure and professionalism in a fast-paced, sometimes demanding environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented workplace
