• Uphold safety rules, housekeeping standards, and proper equipment practices on the floor
• Track shift progress against plans and shift labor or sequencing when priorities change
• Coordinate status updates with site leaders and neighboring functions that rely on warehouse output
• Help onboard and train new warehousing team members on procedures and workflow basics
• Surface recurring process gaps and recommend practical fixes that improve throughput or accuracy
