Warehouse Lead (Mon. – Thurs. 6A-4:30P)

Sclogistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead (Mon. - Thurs. 6A-4:30P) for its Fairburn, Georgia location. This full-time role offers candidates the chance to step into warehouse leadership with a consistent Monday-through-Thursday schedule from 6A to 4:30P at the Fairburn site.

What This Role Involves

The Warehouse Lead (Mon. - Thurs. 6A-4:30P) position at Sclogistics centers on guiding warehouse floor activities in Fairburn, Georgia so that daily tasks run reliably and the team stays aligned. You will focus on keeping operations organized across receiving, handling, and outbound work while supporting a productive atmosphere throughout the four-day workweek that runs 6A–4:30P. The role combines hands-on oversight with the authority to keep processes moving smoothly and safely for everyone on the shift.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse team members on the Mon.–Thurs. 6A–4:30P schedule and set clear daily priorities.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, inventory accuracy checks, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Maintain organized storage locations and ensure materials are easy to locate and ready for use.
• Uphold safety rules, proper equipment practices, and clean work areas throughout the shift.
• Train and coach associates on standard procedures so the team performs consistently and correctly.
• Monitor workflow bottlenecks and adjust assignments in real time to meet outbound deadlines.
• Report status updates and escalate any equipment or inventory issues that could slow operations.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on warehouse experience with time spent directing daily tasks or leading people preferred.
• Ability to work the full-time Mon.–Thurs. 6A–4:30P schedule as the Warehouse Lead in Fairburn, Georgia.
• Solid communication and organizational skills for assigning work and coordinating with teammates.
• Comfort using basic inventory tools, scanners, or warehouse systems to track stock movement.
• Commitment to safety standards and the physical aspects of warehouse leadership duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior lead-level experience is a strong plus.
