Uphold safety rules, proper equipment practices, and clean work areas throughout the shift. Train and coach associates on standard procedures so the team performs consistently and correctly. Monitor workflow bottlenecks and adjust assignments in real time to meet outbound deadlines. Report status updates and escalate any equipment or inventory issues that could slow operations. What We're Looking For Hands-on warehouse experience with time spent directing daily tasks or leading people preferred. Ability to work the full-time Mon.–Thurs. 6A–4:30P schedule as the Warehouse Lead in Fairburn, GA. Solid communication and organizational skills for assigning work and coordinating with teammates. Comfort using basic inventory tools, scanners, or warehouse systems to track stock movement. Commitment to safety standards and the physical aspects of warehouse leadership duties.
