WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE II (2ND SHIFT) Bosch Group West Memphis, Arkansas

The Opportunity

Bosch Group is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate II to join our 2nd shift team in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a key member of the distribution center, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory, from receiving goods to packing and shipping.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Ensure all items are properly labeled and stored according to company standards
• Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and injuries

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Prioritization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record (for those who need to drive company vehicles)
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
