Visa is seeking an accomplished leader to join as Vice President, Head of Visa Consulting & Analytics for Singapore, Malaysia & Thailand (SMT) and Global Clients, based in Singapore. This senior role steers data-driven advisory engagements that help Visa's clients across the region unlock measurable growth.

About the Role

As the Vice President leading Visa Consulting & Analytics across SMT and Global Clients, you will own the strategy, delivery, and commercial performance of Visa's consulting practice in one of its most dynamic markets. Working full time from Singapore, you will partner with financial institutions, merchants, and strategic global accounts to translate Visa's payment expertise and analytics capabilities into tangible client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute the regional vision for the Visa Consulting & Analytics business spanning Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, alongside designated Global Clients.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of consultants and analytics specialists.
• Build trusted senior-level relationships with clients and act as a strategic advisor on payments, portfolio optimisation, and digital growth.
• Shape advisory propositions that draw on Visa's proprietary data, insights, and analytics tools.
• Drive the commercial pipeline, scope engagements, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery against client objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in management consulting, financial services, payments, or data-led advisory at a leadership level.
• A proven track record of building and leading teams while managing senior client relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen paired with the analytical depth to turn data into actionable strategy.
• Familiarity with the Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand markets, and the ability to operate across diverse global accounts.
