The Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for our dedicated dry van fleet in New Albany, Georgia. This is a full-time position with U.S. Xpress - Dedicated, offering competitive pay and excellent benefits. Drivers can earn up to $70,000 annually or more, depending on experience and performance. Bonuses may be available based on individual routes and company goals.

Core Duties

• Pickup and delivery of freight within a dedicated route network
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and load information
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation
• Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and DOT guidelines
• Communicate effectively with dispatch for any necessary route adjustments or issues

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1-5 months of driving experience (CDL-A)
• Dedication to safety and efficiency in operations
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both dispatch and customers
• A clean driving record, free from major infractions or accidents
