The Opportunity
We are currently seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for our dedicated dry van team at U.S. Xpress - Dedicated in Scottsville, Indiana. As a dedicated driver, you will benefit from great home time and competitive pay, earning up to $70,000 or more annually with potential bonuses available based on your performance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Pickup and delivery of freight in dry van trailers
- Adherence to strict schedules and routes assigned by the company
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle at all times
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections as required
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1 to 5 months' experience in CDL-A driving
- A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- A clean driving record with no major violations within the last three years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members
- The ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and procedures
