What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and repairs on diesel engines powering fire trucks and ambulances
• Diagnose mechanical problems and identify solutions using proper diagnostic equipment
• Execute preventative maintenance on emergency response vehicles to maximize uptime
• Complete work orders accurately and maintain detailed service records
• Ensure all repaired vehicles meet safety and operational standards before returning to service
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to prioritize urgent repairs

What We're Looking For

• Experience working as a diesel mechanic or heavy truck technician
• Solid technical foundation in diesel engine systems and commercial vehicle repair
• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and work independently
• Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills
