Easy Tree Service is seeking a Full-Time Tree Service Operations Manager to join its team in Antlers Park, Dakota County.
About the Role
As the operations manager, you will lead daily field activities, ensure jobs run smoothly from start to finish, and support both crew members and customers with clear communication and reliable planning.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate crew assignments, equipment deliveries, and material logistics for multiple job sites each day
- Maintain schedules, adjust priorities based on weather or client needs, and keep projects on track
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, addressing questions and providing updates throughout the service process
- Monitor safety practices, conduct briefings, and enforce compliance with industry regulations
- Perform hands‑on tree work when required to meet deadlines or assist crews during peak periods
- Track job completion, prepare daily reports, and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Manage inventory of tools, safety gear, and supplies, placing orders as needed to avoid downtime
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience supervising tree care crews or similar outdoor service teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple schedules and resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with clients and staff
- Knowledge of tree service operations, including equipment use, safety standards, and best practices
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and operating machinery when needed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and willingness to travel within Dakota County
- Self‑motivated, dependable attitude with a focus on delivering quality results
