Gateway Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Treatment Support Technician to join The Greenbriar Center in Washington, Washington County, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time position supporting individuals in our inpatient rehabilitation program as they work toward lasting recovery. We're offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates who are ready to make a meaningful impact.
About the Role
As a Treatment Support Technician, you'll be an essential member of our clinical care team, working directly with patients throughout their residential treatment experience. You'll assist our counselors, therapists, and medical staff in delivering compassionate, consistent support that helps individuals achieve their recovery goals. This role combines hands-on patient interaction with collaborative teamwork in a dynamic healthcare environment where your contributions matter every day.
What You'll Do
- Support patients through daily living activities and structured treatment activities within our inpatient setting
- Work alongside clinical staff to implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
- Monitor and document patient well-being, behavior, and progress toward recovery goals
- Maintain accurate, timely records of patient observations and interactions
- Assist with personal care and comfort needs in a respectful, professional manner
- Help maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic residential environment
- Communicate effectively with treatment team members to ensure coordinated, quality care
