The Opportunity

Join our team as a Travel Telemetry RN and deliver expert patient monitoring and cardiac care across a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Lexington, Kentucky. This full-time role starts ASAP and offers the schedule flexibility that travel nurses value: three 12-hour night shifts per week (36 hours total). You'll work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals while gaining diverse clinical experience in a fast-paced telemetry unit, earning $1,867 weekly.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Monitor patients continuously via cardiac telemetry equipment, interpreting rhythms and alerting providers to critical changes
• Provide direct patient care including vital sign assessment, medication administration, and patient education
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—physicians, technicians, and fellow nurses—to ensure quality care delivery
• Respond promptly to alarms, troubleshoot telemetry equipment, and maintain unit safety standards

What You Bring

• Current, active RN licensure in Kentucky (or compact state reciprocity)
• Demonstrated experience in telemetry, cardiac care, or step-down nursing
