About the Role

This direct-care physical therapy position is based in Haywood, Kentucky and follows a standard five-day, eight-hour daily schedule. You'll deliver evidence-based therapeutic services over the 13-week contract term, making a tangible impact on patient recovery and function.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop customized treatment plans for diverse populations
• Execute therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to restore mobility and functional capacity
• Track patient progress and refine treatment strategies based on clinical response
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and records
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary clinical teams
• Provide patient education on movement, recovery, and injury prevention

What We're Looking For

• Current Kentucky physical therapy license in good standing
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• One or more years of hands-on clinical experience
• Proficiency in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Ability to thrive independently and within team-based care models
