About the Role

This is a travel nursing position focused on the Operating Room (OR) specialty, working alongside a skilled perioperative team at a Commerce Township facility. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct perioperative nursing care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and sterile fields in line with established surgical protocols.
• Partner with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to ensure smooth case flow.
• Monitor patient status throughout each procedure and respond promptly to changing clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold strict standards for patient safety and infection control.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Michigan.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in the Operating Room (OR) specialty.
• Availability to commit to a full-time, 12-hour shift schedule across an 8-week travel contract.
• Willingness to begin on an ASAP timeline at the Commerce Township worksite.
