What This Role Involves
This position involves working as a CVOR Registered Nurse in Newport News, Virginia. The role requires 13 weeks of travel nursing experience starting on September 14, 2026, with a commitment to work 36 hours per week during the day shift for 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Performing clinical interventions in vascular procedures under the guidance of a physician or surgeon
- Maintaining patient care and safety standards throughout all procedures
- Assisting with pre-procedure planning, intraoperative support, and post-procedure follow-up
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Skills & Qualifications
- Certified Vascular Interventions Registered Nurse (CVOR) certification
- Licensed RN in Virginia
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with vascular procedures and interventions
- Able to work flexible hours, including potential night or weekend shifts as needed
