Position Summary

Junxion Med Staffing is currently seeking a Travel Nurse Registered Nurse (RN) with Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) experience for an exciting travel nursing assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment and contribute to patient care as a CVOR RN.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide expert care in cardiovascular operating rooms, ensuring patient safety and quality of care during surgical procedures.
• Assist with preoperative assessments and postoperative recovery, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.
• Operate complex medical equipment and monitor patients' vital signs throughout surgeries.
• Participate in team briefings and debriefings to ensure best practices are followed and patient care is optimized.

Requirements

• Current RN license with active registration in the state of Missouri or ability to obtain one quickly.
• Valid CVOR certification required for this specialized role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CVOR RN, preferably in an acute care setting.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to varying schedules within the 40-hour per week requirement.
• Prior travel nursing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
