About the Role
As a Transportation Technician at Instrumentum, you'll play a key role in our rapidly growing operations. Your focus will be on ensuring timely, secure vehicle operation and maintenance that keeps our transportation network running smoothly. This is a full-time position with a consistent mid-shift schedule, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
What You'll Do
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational readiness
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, fuel, and operational logs
- Execute transportation responsibilities with precision and reliability
- Coordinate with team members to optimize routes and delivery schedules
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues promptly
- Uphold professional standards and safety protocols in all activities
- Respond to dispatch communications and support logistics coordination
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working as a Transportation Technician or in a similar operational role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance
- Ability to maintain a consistent mid-shift work schedule (10:00 AM–6:30 PM)
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Reliability, attention to detail, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
