Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Business Development: Take on responsible projects and actively integrate your ideas into strategic issues.
• Unternehmerisches Denken: As a Consultant-Trainee, act like an entrepreneur within the company and significantly contribute to developing new concepts and processes.

Requirements

You have successfully completed or are about to complete your studies with outstanding performance. You demonstrate initiative, goal orientation, and entrepreneurial thinking. You communicate confidently and empathetically – both in teams and during client interactions.
