About the Role

As Sales and Marketing Support at Acxelsus Co., you will sit at the intersection of social media engagement, lead generation, and day-to-day operations. The position suits a multitasker who flourishes in fast-moving environments and brings sharp communication, coordination, and sales-support skills to every interaction. Your work will directly fuel engagement, pipeline growth, and the broader business goals of the teams you serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily social media operations, publishing content across platforms and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and speed.
• Strengthen brand presence and online engagement while nurturing leads through social channels.
• Place outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, qualify prospects, capture key details, and book appointments that advance the sales pipeline.
• Keep call notes and lead records accurate and current.
• Help deliver marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach efforts aligned with business objectives.
• Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling, coordination, documentation, reporting, and file management.
• Track campaign and social engagement performance, then prepare clear updates and basic reports for management.
• Partner closely with clients and internal teams to align on messaging, priorities, and cross-functional sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Three to five or more years of combined experience spanning social media management, administrative support, and sales or telemarketing; exposure to offshore or international clients is valued, and Singapore experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, alongside CRM systems, sales tools, and core MS Office or Google Workspace applications.
• A proactive, detail-focused, and well-organized approach, with the confidence to handle outbound calls and juggle several tasks at once.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with a polished, client-ready communication style.
