Place outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, qualify prospects, capture key details, and book appointments that advance the sales pipeline. Keep call notes and lead records accurate and current. Help deliver marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach efforts aligned with business objectives. Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling, coordination, documentation, reporting, and file management. Track campaign and social engagement performance, then prepare clear updates and basic reports for management. Partner closely with clients and internal teams to align on messaging, priorities, and cross-functional sales and marketing initiatives. Qualifications Three to five or more years of combined experience spanning social media management, administrative support, and sales or telemarketing; exposure to offshore or international clients is valued, and Singapore experience is a plus. Working knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, alongside CRM systems, sales tools, and core MS Office or Google Workspace applications. A proactive, detail-focused, and well-organized approach, with the confidence to handle outbound calls and juggle several tasks at once.
