Technical Recruiter

K2 Solutions is hiring a full-time Technical Recruiter to support military recruiting operations out of Sneads Ferry, Onslow County, North Carolina — a critical role at the intersection of defense contracting and talent acquisition.

About the Role

As a Technical Recruiter with K2 Solutions, you will serve as a key contributor to a government-supported recruiting mission, driving measurable results each month in alignment with official mission guidance. This is an on-site, full-time position that demands disciplined execution, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine commitment to connecting qualified candidates with meaningful service opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Execute recruiting activities in accordance with monthly performance targets and objectives established in the official Monthly Mission Letter issued by the Government
• Identify, engage, and qualify Marine candidates to ensure the required number ship to the start of the designated training pipeline on schedule
• Track and manage pipeline activity to meet firm monthly recruiting targets with consistency and accountability
• Coordinate closely with government counterparts to align recruiting efforts with current mission requirements
• Maintain accurate records of candidate status, outreach activity, and pipeline progression
• Conduct outreach within the local community and through appropriate channels to build a steady candidate pool
• Communicate program requirements clearly and compellingly to prospective candidates throughout the selection process

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in military, government, or high-volume recruiting environments strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet quantitative goals and operate within a structured, target-driven framework
• Familiarity with Department of Defense or military service branch processes is a significant advantage
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited to both candidate engagement and government coordination
• Professionalism and discretion appropriate for a defense contracting environment
• Ability to work on-site in Sneads Ferry, NC — this position is not remote
