About the Role

As the Creative Manager - Product Design, you will shape how Unique Industries products look, feel, and connect with customers. Working on-site in National Park, Gloucester County, you'll guide design direction across our product lines, balancing brand consistency with fresh, market-ready ideas. This is a hands-on leadership position within a close-knit, family-owned company where your creative vision carries real weight.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the product design process from initial concept through finished, production-ready artwork.
• Champion a cohesive brand look and feel across packaging, product graphics, and supporting materials.
• Translate market trends and customer insights into original, commercially viable designs.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, product teams, and manufacturing to bring concepts to market.
• Manage creative priorities, timelines, and quality standards across multiple projects at once.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product design, creative direction, or a closely related creative discipline.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates design leadership and polished, brand-aligned work.
• Skill in guiding projects from concept to completion while meeting deadlines.
• Comfort working on-site and partnering directly with an engaged management team.
• Authorization to work full-time at our National Park, Gloucester County location.
