About the Role
As the Studio Principal, Healthcare, you will set the creative and strategic direction for Little's Healthcare Studio in Charlotte, NC. Little is nationally celebrated as a "Best Firm to Work For" and recognized among the country's most forward-thinking design practices. In this position, you will champion a positive, team-first culture while mentoring architects, planners, and designers and steering the studio's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a collaborative team of architects, planners, and designers within the Healthcare Studio.
- Drive the development, direction, and ongoing expansion of the studio in Charlotte.
- Foster a supportive, cooperative working environment grounded in Little's core values.
- Guide design excellence and quality across the studio's healthcare projects.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience guiding architecture, planning, and design teams.
- A collaborative, positive working style and a genuine commitment to mentorship.
- Background in healthcare design and the ability to grow a studio practice.
- Located in or able to work on-site in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County (this is not a remote role).
