Team Member – Late Night / Closer

Join the evening shift at our Taco Bell location in Allendale as a Part-Time Team Member – Late Night Closer. We're looking for reliable, energetic crew members to help us deliver great food and friendly service during our busiest evening hours.

About the Role

As a Late Night Team Member, you'll be the backbone of our evening operations. Working closing shifts, you'll take ownership of food preparation, customer service, and end-of-day operations. This is a part-time position perfect for students, second-job seekers, or anyone who prefers evening availability.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and assemble menu items quickly and accurately during high-volume service
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash, card, and mobile transactions
• Greet customers with genuine hospitality and address special requests
• Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards throughout your shift
• Close your assigned station or area, including cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking
• Complete end-of-shift procedures such as cash counts, inventory checks, and system closeouts
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service during evening rushes
• Handle minor maintenance issues and report equipment problems to management

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team during fast-paced service
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Dependability and punctuality, especially for closing shifts
• Basic math and cash handling experience
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Flexibility to work evenings, including potential late nights and weekend closing shifts
• Food service or restaurant experience is a plus, but training is provided
